Hi, everybody!! This has been a pretty fun week! First of all if you've heard about tornadoes/storms out here we did get a pretty nasty storm last night and a tornado but we are okay! We've seen quite a few houses that look destroyed and there are trees down everywhere. We're planning on going out to help people clean up as much as we can.
P-day got moved to today because Memorial Day was yesterday and so many people are out and about that it's too good of an opportunity to not be out that talking to people. We were actually able to find a man who is really interested in learning more about the Book of Mormon because we explained to him that it is all about Christ and he told us he always wants to learn more about Him. He was one of the nicest people we've met here so far, so we're pretty excited to start teaching him.
This week we also had another miracle when we were out in Xenia for an appointment. Our appointment ended up falling through, but we saw two women getting out of a car and decided to go talk to them. One of the women walked right up to us and seemed pretty excited to see us, which is very rare. Anyways, we gave this woman an invitation to church and she asked to pray with us. She said she had been taught by missionaries before but had decided not to be baptized. She told us it was a sign from God that we met her and that she wants to be baptized! It was so crazy! She said a prayer and we got her number to contact her again, it was awesome! We haven't had an appointment yet because she has been working, but this week we're planning on meeting with her, it will be great!
Okay so sorry but that's really all I have time to type today because we have to go help with cleanup! Love you guys and take care!!
