May 13, 2019

Hello, everyone! This week has been pretty crazy and busy! Sister Blaser and I have been working super hard to find new people to teach. We've had pretty much all day everyday to go tracting and street contacting, and we've talked to so many people we've lost count. Every day as a mission we have reported to our district leaders how many contacts we have made, so Sister Blaser and I have been doing our best to talk to every single person we see every day.

Nothing really weird or funny happened this week but we were able to find some people who said we could come back to share more of the message of Jesus Christ's gospel with them. We are really praying that they will still be open to inviting us in when we come back.

Well that was a super lame summary again of how our week went, but we are working as hard as we can and we aren't going to give up! Both Sister Blaser and I have learned a lot this week about why we decided not only to go on our missions but why we decided to stay. This message is just too important! If it takes a million doors shut in our faces to find 1 person ready to receive the gospel, we can do it! I'll send some pictures of us out and about this week, and hopefully next week l'll be able to write about how those return appointments went! We're so pumped to pick up the pace of the work in this area!! Woo hoo!!

Also I have LESS THAN 1 YEAR LEFT! That is super weird! The period of time we have to serve the Lord as full time missionaries really is so short, so Sister Blaser and I have committed to work as hard as we can with the time we've got!!

I hope all of you have had a wonderful week and a Happy Mother's Day! I love my mom so much, I don't know what I'd do without her. Well, stay safe and I'll update you about the people we've found next week!! Love ya!

It's getting super green here.

What some of downtown Xenia looks like.

This is Dayton. We had specialized training just past Dayton this week.

Lots of house have doors in places that don't make any sense.

A cute little wall in Xenia.

We got Chik-fil-a (no idea how to spell that) after exchanges this week.

Sister Heilesen came to Xenia with me.

We made videos to send to members of the ward we are working with.
