Hello everyone I hope you've all had a great week so far! We had a really great lesson with someone who has been taught for a while but wasn't keeping commitments and we shared Alma 32 and talked about why it is important to have our faith grow. We had a member with us who also testified about why it is important and the person we were teaching was so excited by the end of the lesson to come to church and read her book of mormon. She ended up coming to church and we will be seeing her tonight and her son. Another person who came to church with us yesterday is so sweet and loves the missionaries, she even had us over for Easter lunch and fed some other people. She sent us home with 2 pies so we gave one to the elders. That, combined with the members who had us over for Easter dinner, we were so stuffed! We've been able to share some great messages with the members here about Easter and how happy and shareable the message is. We have also been working with some members to build trust by doing service. We helped to paint a room and organize things at the Bishop's house when they moved. On Wednesday night we were at the church for a meeting and the youth were playing volleyball so we decided to join them for a few minutes. One of the youth came in late and said "Where's the spaghetti?" It was so funny we were dying laughing. We also pranked the elders this morning and hid eggs all over their car because they asked for some. Have a great week!
